For the 2012 season, parking will be included in the rental cost.

Ground Floor

There is an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area that is exceptionally large. The kitchen is equipped with a cream high gloss kitchen with oven, separate hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and plenty of workspace. The dining area has a large table that comfortably seats six, making this the real hub of the house.

The lounge is a very comfortable space with a large cream leather sofa, a flat screen TV, DVD and iPod docking station. There is an inglenook fireplace and gas ignition log fire / feature lighting throughout and beamed ceilings.

Bathroom

This is a modern luxuriously appointed bathroom with a bath, washbasin and toilet with stone mosaic tiles and shower incorporated over the bath. Separate shower room adjacent to bathroom, fully tiled/heated towel rail.

Bedroom One

Has a double bed and good storage and is comfortably furnished with attractive bed linen, flat screen TV, bedside lamps and hairdryer.

First Floor

Bedroom Two

Has a double bed, wardrobe with drawers. Comfortably furnished with attractive bed linen, flat screen TV and bedside lamps.

Bedroom Three

Has a double bed, wardrobe with drawers. Comfortably furnished with attractive bed linen, flat screen TV and bedside lamps. There is ample space for a child’s cot in this bedroom.

There is also a separate cloakroom with wc on the first floor.

Parking

For the 2012 season, one car parking space will be provided in Bowling Green Terrace, approximately 5 mins walk from Sowena House and is included in the tariff. Details will be provided on confirmation of booking.This property is available on a Friday to Friday let. On the day of your arrival you will be met by Geri (07800 923420) who will provide you with your keys and answer any questions you may have.
