Hats Off

Absolute quality double fronted house with two parking spaces. There is a decked area to front with seating which is south facing – great for breakfast.

There is a rear courtyard with additional beach hut for use after a day on the beach. Beach and harbour are within a five minute walk.

Hats Off has a comfortable, spacious living area with leather sofas, flat screen TV and iPod docking station. 

There is also a separate quiet area next to the window for reading or playing family games.

This property was formally the main house to the historic bowling green – now sadly lost to progress.

"Just to say a very big thankyou for Hats Off it is abeautiful house.We did have to leave earlier than planned on the wed but I left a message on lindas phone and stripped all beds and tidied up we were lucky with the weather and managed to go in the sea twice. "We just wanted to let you know that we had a lovely holiday at Hats Off.  We had excellent weather and spent every day, except Tuesday, on the beach.  The house was fabulous and met all our needs perfectly, we especially liked the 2 car parking spaces and the close location to the town and beach - although the walk back up the hill pushing Mollie in her pram was hard work, but excellent for my calves!!! We hope to return to St Ives again soon and will definitely like to stay in one your properties."
